«HEKS/EPER Job Network» helps people from the regions of Oberaargau, Emmental and the Bernese Oberland in their job searches, thereby enabling them to improve their quality of life over the long term.
Since 1998, «HEKS/EPER KICK» has been assisting young job-seekers from the Emmental and Oberaargau areas. The programme creates bridges to vocational training. Participants are offered structured daily routines through educational and work opportunities and through personal mentoring.
The Legal Aid Office advises asylum seekers and temporarily admitted persons from the Basel region on aspects of the law on asylum and foreign nationals.
«HEKS/EPER MosaiQ» advises and accompanies qualified migrants in obtaining recognition of their foreign diplomas so that they can bring their professional potential to the Swiss job market.
The HEKS/EPER AltuM Project supports and assists older migrants 55 years and over. Preventive action is taken to prepare them for potential health problems in old age.
