Of pivotal importance here are good professional training and people's ability to run their businesses successfully or to survive on the open labour market. HEKS/EPER therefore teams up with authorities, business people and the private sector to organize basic and advanced training programmes. HEKS/EPER also militates for fair working conditions and wages.
